LegalZoom has more experience than the majority of competitors, and it also offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee that’s one of the best refund policies you’ll find in this industry (it’s nearly identical to our refund policy at ZenBusiness).

We also appreciate LegalZoom’s track record of positive customer feedback, as we found 6,000+ mostly positive reviews of their services. Additionally, customers like their extended customer support hours that include weekend availability. However, at $129 plus $9.95 for shipping (+ state fee), their price point for dissolutions is a bit higher than the companies we’ve already discussed.

Swyft Filings ($149)

Rounding out the top four is another popular company in this industry, Swyft Filings.
